Shakya Cards is the manufacturer of Nepali cards established to produce cards with special effects in Nepal. The concept of “Shakya Cards” was first imagined and visualized about a decade ago by Mangal Man Shakya, Founder and Managing Director of renowned printing press of Nepal, Shakya Offset Press (P) Ltd. And after such a long period of time, the concept is now established as “Shakya Cards” with its own production unit and sales office along with an exclusive showroom with wide variety of Nepali cards. Shakya Cards was working on production since BS 2071 as testing phase and established as formal company “Shakya Cards” in BS 2073. Now the company is ready with production to introduce its various design cards which are displayed in its showroom located at the center of the city, Ombahal, just close to New Road, Kathmandu.

Shakya Cards is the sister company of M.L. Printers, a special effect printing press which collaborate with each other in the production phase.

Currently, Shakya Cards has introduced its product in Nepali Paper to let people know even Nepali paper can be an exclusive designed cards with special effects and printing. So, as an initial phase of production, Shakya Cards has focused specially in Nepali handmade papers. Later, it will also have produce cards with specialty metallic papers as well as other imported papers.

The card products of Shakya Cards are for Invitation of occasions, Greeting Cards, Corporate Cards, Certificates, Business Cards and any other printed materials with special effects.

Nepali Paper Cards

Cards under this category are made in Nepali papers. Shakya cards designed cards are standard designed and each design are produced in eight different color papers to provide color variety and options for the customer. Customization can also be incorporated as customer’s requirement. Designs are focused to add special effects and features for making the card exclusively designed.

Specialty Metallic Paper Card

Cards under this category are made in Specialty Metallic Paper. Shakya cards designed cards are standard designed. Shakya Cards has planned to stock variety in papers to provide broader options for the customer. Customization can also be incorporated as customer’s requirement. Designs are focused to add special effects and features for making the card exclusively designed.

Cards in Imported Paper

Cards under this category are made in Paper Boards like Art Board, Ivory Board, FB Boards, Glossy Art Paper, Matt Paper, White Offset Paper etc. Shakya cards designed cards are standard designed. Customization can also be incorporated as customer’s requirement. Designs are focused to add special effects and features for making the card exclusively designed.
